this is a record about mental illness.

made in a day and a half of just binge working with no sleeping and a limited amount of breaks for the sheer reason of combating the onset of heavy depression. i may have won this round, but just barely.

once it does catch up to me again, it would be a tidal wave swallowing me up making surfacing to breathe a near impossibility.
